Operator and scope
These terms govern use of https://belvorina.shop and purchases from BARRY SUNSHINE, an individual business operator trading as groceryoutletmarket. Our correspondence address is 1000 E Broadway St, Louisville, KY 40204, United States, and our contact email is support@groceryoutletmarket.shop.

We operate independently and are not Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. or its supermarket business. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable purchase terms presented before checkout. Privacy choices are governed by the Privacy and Cookie Policies and are not treated as blanket consent to optional tracking.

Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where higher, to place an order. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, payment fraud, interference with security, or misuse of another person’s information.

Products and descriptions
Read the dimensions, materials, included components, electrical specifications, intended use, and care or safety instructions before purchasing. Scene accessories are not included unless specifically listed. Screen settings may affect color appearance; this does not excuse a material difference between the description and the supplied product. Products must match the agreed description, and material substitutions require your agreement.

Ordering
Review your cart, delivery address, and total before submitting payment. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order. We accept the order when we send shipment confirmation; until then we may cancel only for a legitimate reason such as inability to supply, ineligible delivery address, material pricing error, failed authorization, or reasonable fraud concerns, with notice and a refund of collected payment for canceled items. This does not permit us to retain payment for goods we will not supply.

Prices and payment
Prices are in USD, include applicable sales tax, and include free standard shipping to the stated delivery area. Payment is collected at successful order placement. The Payment and Pricing Policy forms part of the purchase terms. We will not change a paid order’s price or charge a compulsory additional fee without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns
We deliver only to the 48 contiguous United States under the Shipping Policy. Processing is 1–3 business days and estimated transit is 5–8 business days. The Cancellation Policy and Return and Refund Policy govern requests, including the 30-day return request period. The One-Year Limited Warranty describes additional coverage. These policies must be available to you before purchase. Mandatory rights and required delay-cancellation options remain applicable.

Accounts and communications
Protect any account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity. We may send transactional messages necessary to process and service an order. Marketing subscription is optional and may be withdrawn using the unsubscribe method. A customer-service inquiry does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Reviews and customer material
Submit only material you have the right to share, without unlawful content or unnecessary personal information. If you submit a review for publication, you allow us to display it with the name or identifier you choose, and to make minor formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. We do not require a positive review to receive returns, refunds, warranty service, or other remedies, and do not prohibit honest reviews.

Intellectual property and third-party services
Website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them for ordinary personal shopping purposes but may not commercially reproduce protected material without permission. A reference to a third party does not by itself establish endorsement or authorization. Third-party payment, carrier, and linked services may have their own terms; these do not remove our obligations as your seller.

Service availability and liability
Temporary website interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, negligence or personal injury to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded, breach of mandatory consumer protections, or obligations under our stated return and warranty policies. We do not require you to waive lawful payment disputes or statutory remedies.

Disputes and law
Contact support@groceryoutletmarket.shop to seek a resolution. Kentucky law governs to the extent permitted by law, together with applicable U.S. federal law, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to your transaction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive forum that takes away rights you otherwise have.

Policy changes
The terms presented when you place an order govern that order. Later changes apply prospectively and do not reduce existing order, return, or warranty rights without a lawful basis and any necessary agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
